The packaging process includes main processes such as filling, wrapping, and sealing, as well as related pre- and post-processes, such as cleaning, stacking, and disassembly. In addition, packaging also includes processes such as measuring or stamping the packages. The use of mechanical packaging products can increase productivity, reduce labor intensity, adapt to the needs of large-scale production, and meet clean and hygienic requirements. There are many ways to classify packaging machinery. According to the function, it can be divided into single-function packaging machine and multi-function packaging machine; according to the purpose of use, it can be divided into inner packaging machine and outer packaging machine; according to the packaging type, it can be divided into special packaging machine and general packaging machine; according to the automation level, it can be divided into semi-automatic machine and fully automatic machines, etc.
Mainly introduce the following points:
1. What is the reason why the shrink machine heats up slowly or cannot rise to a higher temperature (above 160 degrees Celsius)?
Answer: The circuit of the heater is the main power cord passing through a magnetic switch and then to the electric heating tube, so you should first check whether the contacts of the magnetic switch are normal. If the line does not pass through one of the phases, the above phenomenon will occur. If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the meter again to see if the ohm values of each phase and the machine are the same. If normal, it should be a short circuit. If all phases are connected but the circuit or electric heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.
2. When the equipment is working, the film material is easy to shift and cannot be fed normally. How to adjust it?
Answer: If the film material is offset in the equipment, and adjusting the position of the film roll and the tension balance bar are ineffective, this problem can be solved by adjusting the angle of the upper triangular plate. If the upper film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted clockwise; if the lower film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted counterclockwise.
3. When packaging 6 bottles in clusters, the electric eye cannot detect the packaging. It is easy for the machine to cut into the packaging when it is working. How should it be adjusted?
Answer: The gap between the bottles in the cluster packaging will affect the detection of the electric eye. In this case, the detection angle of the horizontal electric eye can be adjusted to an oblique angle. After adjustment, the probability of the electric eye detecting gaps in the packaging can be reduced, thereby avoiding random cutting during work.
